Life coaching is a structured, collaborative process in which the coach supports you in seeing your desires more clearly, recognising your limiting beliefs, and taking concrete steps toward change. It is not therapy, but an active, future-oriented partnership where the focus is on discovering solutions and personal resources.
You may need life coaching if:
You want to make a change but are uncertain how to take the next step.
You are seeking balance in life and want to harmonise your personal and professional worlds.
You want to know yourself better for a higher-quality life and are open to new perspectives.
I recommend life coaching if,
You feel you are constantly stuck and don’t know which way to go next.
You want to understand and resolve a relationship blockage.
You cannot break free from troubling habits, such as procrastination.
You strive for peace and harmony both at home and at work.
You want a clearer picture of your true strengths and how to apply them in everyday life.
You want more from your work but cannot see the exact path to change or advancement.
Individual, personalised attention — no pre-fabricated schemes.
A sharp eye for recognising the real sensitive points.
Patient, non-judgemental presence.
Continuous feedback.
Honesty — walking with me is like looking into Galadriel’s mirror.
Coaching topics clients have brought to me
• Relationship difficulties (e.g. divorce, the unattainable woman/man) • Procrastination • Lack of self-confidence, self-esteem issues • Making and implementing major decisions • Stagnation in achieving mixed goals • Career advancement • Creating work-life balance • Midlife crisis • Workplace burnout • Establishing structure and order • Turning a hobby or vocation into income • Death, loss, bereavement • Coping with change, planning a new future • Complete life redesign across multiple areas due to illness and more..
The choice is always yours.
How I can support you?
In conscious goal-setting, so you not only dream but also achieve.
In building the self-confidence within you and dispelling doubts.
In developing new perspectives and flexible adaptability.
In making decisions aligned with your personal values.
What you need to do to reach your goal?
Be honest with yourself and with me: clearly express your needs and challenges.
Commit to the process: keep to the coaching session times and attend consistently.
Complete the agreed “homework” and apply the exercises at home — this is where real results are born.
Persevere: stay motivated even during more difficult periods, and keep reminding yourself of your goals. If this is hard, let me know.
Communicate openly: share both successes and difficulties so we can make timely adjustments. Don’t hide it if something feels uncomfortable or unclear.
Ask for feedback on your progress and receive it constructively.
Adapt flexibly: if new priorities arise, let’s discuss and adjust the plans together.
Celebrate milestones: acknowledge even small successes — they give momentum to continue.
Participate actively: bring your thoughts and questions, and be present in both body and mind.
Are you ready for the next step? The choice is always yours.
Coaching supports your personal and professional development, but it is not always the most effective path. In the following cases, please choose a psychologist, psychiatrist, or other healthcare professional instead:
Severe or chronic mental disorders (e.g. schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, severe depression)
Ongoing, regular psychotherapy or psychiatric treatment
Active suicidal thoughts or self-harming behaviour
Alcohol or drug addiction (including participation in a public treatment programme)
Severe eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia) or treatment of any eating disorder
Acute crisis situations (e.g. recent trauma, severe life crisis, experience of violence)
Uncontrolled anxiety or panic attacks requiring medical care
Legal, criminal, or financial crises requiring a specialist lawyer or financial advisor
Coaching does not replace psychotherapy, medical treatment, or crisis intervention.
If you are unsure where the boundary lies, please first consult your GP, a mental health professional, or a local crisis centre. If, despite the above, we do meet, I may need to recommend someone else instead of myself.
How I work?
A coaching session with me lasts 55 minutes, in person or online — but ideally the first meeting is face-to-face, where we discuss how to proceed. Before the first session, I will send you the information and terms that serve both our interests. Together we will set your short- and long-term goals, taking into account the rhythm and possibilities of your life. We will meet weekly or biweekly for 55-minute coaching sessions, where I use practical tools and questioning techniques so you can build on your own insights. After each session, I provide brief feedback, and together we adjust the strategy if new perspectives arise. My aim is that by the end of the process you will rely not on me, but on your own inner motivation and methods.

What life coaching means to me?
For me, life coaching is not a series of templates, but a journey we shape together. We explore what truly motivates you and what obstacles stand in the way of a happier, more purposeful life. The focus will be on the resources you have in the present, and together we will create the next steps so you can move forward independently and thoughtfully.
